Three steps, start to finish

The same sequence for every service line — nothing starts, and no fee is owed, until you confirm the scope in writing.

Scope and fee

You send the document type, the parties and the deadline. We reply with the questionnaire, the fixed fee and the return date in writing.

02

Draft or marked review

We prepare the draft, or mark up your existing agreement clause by clause, and send it by email in an editable format.

03

One revision round

You send consolidated feedback; we complete one full revision round. Extra rounds or a new scope are quoted before any further work.

Questions

Before you send a request

Is this legal advice?
No. We prepare and review documents; we do not advise on your rights and we do not represent you in court or before authorities. Review comments are practical drafting notes, not a formal legal opinion. If your matter needs licensed advice, we say so and refer you to an independent lawyer.
What does one revision round cover?
One consolidated set of changes after you read the first draft: amendments, omissions and re-wording within the scope we agreed. Additional rounds, new parties or a changed purpose are quoted separately before any further work begins.
Which law governs the documents?
Documents are drafted for England & Wales unless you tell us otherwise at the questionnaire stage. If your matter is governed by another jurisdiction, tell us before work starts — we will confirm whether it is inside our scope or refer it onward.
How are files and personal data handled?
Documents are exchanged by email in editable format. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted; the site stores no analytics or advertising identifiers. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
