Terms of service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
The terms on which April Flowers Legal Services Ltd prepares documents and provides reviews. Please read them before confirming an engagement.

1. Scope of service
We prepare standard legal documents from your instructions and review documents you send us. We are a document preparation and administrative support service, not a law firm: we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent clients in court or before authorities. Matters requiring licensed advice or representation are referred to independent licensed lawyers; referrals carry no commission.
2. Orders and confirmation
An engagement begins when you accept our written confirmation of scope, fixed fee and delivery date. Published prices are indicative; the written confirmation states the fee that applies to you. No work starts before that confirmation.
3. Payment
Fees are invoiced in euro and payable before delivery of the final draft, unless the confirmation states otherwise. Reviews are payable on confirmation.
4. Revisions
Each engagement includes one full revision round on consolidated feedback received within 14 days of delivery. Further rounds, or changes to the agreed scope, are quoted separately in advance.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before work begins at no cost. After work begins, the fee covers work actually performed up to cancellation, notified in writing. Prepayments beyond that are refunded within 10 working days.
6. Responsibility
We prepare documents with professional care from the information you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information and for deciding, if needed with licensed advice, that the document suits your situation. Our liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
7. Complaints
Complaints go first to info@aprilflowerslegal.services; we acknowledge within 3 working days and respond in full within 15. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may pursue the matter through the courts of the place where you reside.
8. Governing statement
These terms are stated in English. Nothing in them grants advice or representation by a licensed lawyer. Where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
