What you receive

One review, one fee, returned in an editable package you can act on.

Risk notes

Clause-by-clause comments against your stated position: what each clause obliges you to do, where the balance sits, and which terms deserve attention first.

Suggested redlines

Alternative wording you can copy into negotiations, written in plain English and matched to the risk notes.

Talking points

A short list of the questions worth putting to the other side, ordered by importance, so the conversation moves quickly.

Fees. Review is charged per document, from €180 depending on length and complexity. The exact fee is confirmed in writing before work begins. Review comments are practical drafting support — they are not a formal legal opinion.
